Great news – the finalized Electronic Service Provider Agreement (ESPA) has been approved by the CBI Privacy, Security and Data Access Subgroup and the CBI Working Group. Please find the ESPA, along with a signing guide and FAQ document attached to this email.
If you do not have any questions or concerns related to signing the finalized ESPA please complete, sign and return the ESPA (attached) to us at your earliest convenience using one of the methods below:

If you have questions regarding the ESPA, please feel free to contact us and/or take the opportunity to attend an ESPA workshop teleconference. These workshops will provide an overview of the finalized document and FAQs, answer questions and review next steps to move forward with the CBI implementation – we have attached the slide deck for these teleconferences for your convenience.
