| Please join us for the presentation of the second annual report from the data partnership between the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) and Community Business Intelligence. This partnership links data from community health service providers with other administrative health data sets to provide insights into how individuals use health services across sectors.Led by Reconnect Community Health Services, Community Business Intelligence is a Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network initiative, which began aggregating data from 100+ community health service providers in 2014.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion exploring how timely, complete, and accurate data are informing policy making and population health planning, as well as the future possibilities for supporting an integrated system at a local level.
