Scheduled Maintenance on CBI’s Services – Starting from May 12, 3 pm to May, 14 11:59 pm

Hi Community Partners,

Community Business Intelligence’s (CBI) Electronic Service Provider, DATIS from CAMH, has scheduled a technology upgrade to its information system on the weekend of May 12, 2017. The technology upgrade will take approximately 48 hours to complete. During that time, CBI’s services will be taken offline.

The details of this service interruption are as follows:

Services impacted / not available

CBI’s Web Services – record submission to CBI’s repository will not be accepted.
CBI’s Report Portal – access to CBI’s report portal (https://boreport.client-data-system.ca:8443/BOE/BI/logon/start.do) will not be accessible.

Action to be taken

No action is required from health services providers to prepare for this interruption. It is recommended you check your next CBI submission status after CBI’s services are back online.

CBI will also notify client management system (CMS) vendors on record about this upgrade and service outage. If you require any assistance related to this maintenance, please contact your vendor or CBI Support at cbisupport@reconnect.on.ca

CBI will provide an update as soon as the upgrade is completed and CBI’s services are online again.
